REFERENCING THE ABOVE NAMED OWNER OR LESSEE OF THE ABOVE NAMED HORSES, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES AND CONDITIONS ARE HEREBY STATED FOR INVOLVEMENT WITH OAK HAVEN ARABIAN HORSE FARM (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS OAK HAVEN). Owner/lessee agrees to pay $725.00 per month, per horse for the Training program for horse(s) #___________. A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required in advance Owner/lessee agrees to pay $600.00 per month, per horse for the Conditioning program for horse(s) #_________. A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required in advance. Owner/lessee agrees to pay $425.00 per month, per horse for the Board program for horse(s) # _____________. A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required in advance. Owner/lessee is aware of all charges for the various services available through Oak Haven, and agrees to the financial responsibility of any and all services performed on his/her horse(s). Owner/lessee agrees to assume all financial responsibility for any farrier and/or veterinary charges for services performed on his/her horse(s).
